POLICIES & SHIPPING

Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all items here are made to order.  Most items will be made and shipped within  5 - 7 days of receipt of order and payment.

  • PAYMENT
Payment is accepted through Paypal or Credit Card.  I also accept payment via Direct Deposit for Australian Customers.  Please email me at leanne(at)anniebydesign.com with your order request, and I will send you my bank details.  If your payment will be delayed for any reason then please contact me because if I don't receive payment and don't hear from you within four days, I will cancel the sale.  
  • SHIPPING
Items that are made-to-order will be made and shipped within 5 - 7 days of purchase.  Ready made items will be shipped on the next postal day after payment is received.  I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and more often if I am able.  If you have an urgent request, please note this in message to seller and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Please note that tracking is NOT included with your order.  Australia Post does not include tracking as standard.  If you would like to upgrade to Express or Registered Post for Australian residents then please add the upgraded shipping option to cart before checking out.  For international buyers that would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please contact me so that I can give you a price, however this can work out to be quite an expensive option. Items are wrapped in eco-friendly or vintage wrapping and then shipped in a CD mailer.  This flat packing method saves considerable shipping costs. There may be delays in shipping times during the Christmas or Easter periods or over public holidays in Australia or other countries.  Should your item not arrive within the expected time frame then please contact me.  I will do my best to fix the situation but please be aware that a parcel is not considered to be 'lost' in the mail until it has been missing for a full 30 days from the date of shipping. For international buyers, I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues or refusals.  If you are concerned about the customs laws in your country then please do your own investigations into the cost and acceptable items before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs and it is still in its original condition a refund will be given.  
  • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All my items are packaged with care.  I offer a 14 day full refund for return policy.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that I cannot accept returns on custom orders or earrings that have been worn (for health and safety reasons) unless these products are faulty. I invest a large amount of time and effort into all the pieces I create and I want you to love them as much as I do and I will do whatever I can to sort out any issues. Return the item to me in its original condition and I will refund the full price as soon as I receive it.  Customers will need to return the item at their own cost. A full refund or replacement is always available if the item is damaged on receipt or turns out to be faulty however I will require proof of damage.  
  • PURCHASING A RING
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KNOW YOUR CORRECT RING SIZE.  Your ring is a custom design made to your size so I cannot refund your purchase if you give me the wrong size or change your mind.  It is your responsibility to give me the correct size.  If you want me to resize your ring the cost is $20 per ring (plus postage) for resizing of sterling silver bands and $40 for gold bands.  If you need a sterling silver stacking set resized it will cost $35 per set.  Most local jewellers will happily size your finger for you at no charge.  You can use an online size gauge but this is not as accurate as having your finger sized properly by a jeweller. I can resize down as much as you require, but I can only size up one full size.  It is better to go for a slightly larger ring than going too small.  Also, when purchasing stacking rings you are better to go a half size larger as multiple rings are equal to a larger band.  
  • PURCHASING AN ITEM FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION
Please do not order an item for a special occasion without allowing enough lead time.  I live in Australia so please allow a minimum of three weeks between your order and the time of your occasion/event if you also live in Australia.  If you are outside Australia, please allow at least five weeks between your order and your occasion.  I CANNOT guarantee your purchase will arrive in time if you do not work within this timeframe.
